JACQUES THIBEAULT est né à ville de la Baie, Saguenay, en octobre 1944.
Saguenéen pure laine et fier de ses racines.
Peintre autodidacte avec un accent réaliste,  impressionniste.
Ses oeuvres sont habités par une ambiance lumineuse et témoignent du profond attachement à sa région natale.
Peindre, pour moi, c’est de porter attention que sur ce qui est nécessaire.
En un mot,  « c’est ce que l’âme ajoute aux couleurs et aux lignes».
Ce que l’on appelle création chez les artistes, veut dire:
